Do I need an account to use it?

No. Milevo is local-first, so you can download it and start creating clients, projects, and invoices right away — no sign-up or login. Your business data is stored on your device. If you'd like backup across devices, you can optionally turn on iCloud sync.

How does time tracking turn into an invoice?

Start the built-in timer and label your task as you work. When you're ready to bill, Milevo converts your tracked hours into grouped invoice line items with one tap — so the time you logged becomes the invoice you send, with no copying or retyping.

Can I bill by project milestones?

Yes. Create a project with a milestone schedule — for example Deposit, Mid-project, and Final Delivery — and generate an invoice directly from any milestone. You'll always see what's been billed, paid, and what's still remaining on each project.

Is my client and invoice data private?
