Where is my business data stored?

All of your business data — clients, projects, invoices, and time entries — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. It is never uploaded to any server.

How do I back up my data?

Open Milevo > Settings > Data & Backup to export your data. Your iPhone's iCloud Backup also captures Milevo's data as part of the system backup if iCloud Backup is enabled.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Milevo Pro, and tap Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Milevo > Settings > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

Does Milevo work without internet?

Yes. Creating invoices, logging time, managing clients, and generating PDFs all work offline. An internet connection is only needed for optional features like AI Quick Create and for purchasing or restoring a subscription.

Why can't I see the Pro upgrade options?

If you see a message saying upgrades are temporarily unavailable, tap "Try Again" after a moment. This is fixed in Milevo 1.9 — updating to the latest version resolves the issue.

How do I send an invoice to a client?

Open an invoice, tap the share icon, and choose Mail, Messages, or any other app. Milevo generates a PDF that you can send from your own email — your clients deal with you, not with us.
