Milevo is a freelance invoicing, time tracking, and project management application for iOS. It allows you to manage clients, log time, create and send invoices, and track payments.
Milevo offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Milevo Pro") that unlock additional features. Key terms:
You retain all rights to the client information, invoices, time entries, and other business data you create in Milevo. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter and the invoices you send.
You agree to use Milevo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app to create or send fraudulent invoices or misrepresent services rendered.
Milevo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Milevo is a tool to help you manage your freelance business; it is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ty Horton / Tyrian LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Milevo, including lost invoices, missed payments, or disputes with your clients.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
